By investing in a renovation rather than starting fresh, they were able to achieve the luxury and refinement of a new build while preserving the home’s character and surroundings.

Every decision from construction sequencing to material selection required careful planning to minimize disruption. Additionally, the team needed to strike a balance between preserving the home’s original charm and infusing it with a sense of modern luxury.

In order to allow our clients to live through this main level renovation a secondary kitchen was set up in a basement bedroom to give the clients some normalcy while the renovation was happening.

The renovation extended beyond the kitchen to include a refreshed powder bath, newly stained flooring, updated wall colors throughout the main level and up to the bonus room, and a curated selection of new light fixtures.
To complete the transformation, we styled the main level with bespoke artwork, thoughtfully chosen accessories, and furnishings that bring cohesion and personality to the entire space. Now, our clients have a home that feels as sophisticated and welcoming as they are.
